gem disaster part 5

guess what people I got killed two times but thanks to my bro I manged to stay alive. the first time I died was because my bro went haywire and the second time I got shot in the middle of my gem right next to my heart.

"ooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!! this hurts!!!!!!!!!" I screamed
"-.=.- they kinda look cool now that I think about it. Do you think they have something to do with the next stage of our gems?" Travis asked
"I don't know" I told bro *I faint onto the floor a couple minutes later because the pain was unbearable*
"Sis!" bro yelled * picks sis up and carries her home* "great shes to big to fit
into the house." my bro said *sighs and lays her under the large oak in the yard*
"Ow why does my head hurt like I got hit with a meteor" I said *gets up on all fours and turns back to normal but the two extra heads were gone but the markings were still there*
"I don't know but I think we should lay low for a while." bro told me
"why should we lay low bro" I asked my bro
"We just demolished half of the school." he told me
"you get the blame. bye!" I yelled running into the house away from bro "and have you noticed that I only have one head and not three!!" I yelled to him from my window
"Hey! I'm not taking all the blame! *runs inside* and yea I noticed." he said
*I turn into a hatchling because I know no one can be mean to a hatchling* "r..o..a..r" I pretended to try and roar when bro walked in
"That may work on mom and dad, but to me your just acting like A baby." he said
"that was the hole point" I said *I turn back to my normal dragon look*
"Ha ha ha... Soooo whacha wanna do?" he asked
"um trick mom and dad saying that you found a poor baby dragon out side in the cold" I suggested *a bright silver light a pears and I'm a hatchling again*
"Yea why not! But change your coloring so they don't recognize you." he told me
"ok bro. so is red scales, blue fur, green eyes, gold gem and black horns and tallons ok" I asked my bro *change colors to the ones that I said I would have*
"good." he said *picks up sis and runs to parents room* "Mom, Dad! look what I found out in the Forrest!" he told them *shows them the tiny baby dragon*
"oh the poor thing" my mom said
"son bring it over here to worm up" my dad said
"r...o...a...r..." I pretended to roar
"I bet she's hungry." he said
"how do you know it's a she?" mom said
*points to nose* "girls smell different then boys." bro said *parents leave* "hey remember that old Flintstones cartoon were Dino (the dog) found a baby dinosaur and it got bigger every time it ate?" bro told them *puts on a mischievous grin*
"um yea but that probably doesn't happen in real life son" mom said
"your mother has a point there because thats just a tv show not real life" dad said
"b...br...bro...broth...brother...big brother I'm hungry" I pretended to try and say
"Awww! You poor thing. We'll make you something right away." my mom said
"what should we make her?" dad asked
"she seems old enough to handle regular food." bro said
"bro... I.. I love you" I said *laughing like mental in my head*
"Travis why don't you go and play with her while I make dinner" mom said *mom leaves the room and enters the kitchen to start dinner*
"This is going to be funny as hell! I can't wait to see the look on their faces." he said *snickers quietly*
"hay bro do you think it's time for a 'little' growth spurt to happen" I said with an evil grin on my muzzle
"Yea but a small one." he told me
*a faint silver light a pears and I grow a little* "this ok?" I asked bro
"Travis can you bring the baby in because dinners ready" mom said
"Perfect. Ok mom!" bro yelled to mom *picks up sis and walks to kitchen*
"um Travis is it me or did that baby grow a bit?" mom asked
"oh honey just leave it and enjoy dinner ok" dad said to mom
"ok dear" mom said in defeat
*laughs a bit to myself, sets sis on a phone book in the chair next to me and hands her a large plate* "eat up, you'll need all the protein you can get to grow big and strong." bro told me *stifles a snicker*
*snickers a little* "ok bro I will" I told him *smirks a little*
*watches sis slam her plate down, evidence shown by her slightly distended belly* "geese you were hungry weren't you!" he said to me
"I sure was. um bro can we go out side for a bit bro I don't fell well" I asked bro *snickers quietly under my breath*
"sure! you can stretch your legs and whatnot." bro said
"thanks bro" I said *jumps of the chair and runs out side and I start to grow to my normal dragon hight*
*walks out behind sis* "so now what? do I find something to feed you or do we show mom and dad?" bro said to me
"um... show mom and dad" I told bro
"Mom, Dad! guess what I found out!" bro yelled to mom and dad
"what?!" mom and dad both yelled
"naturally born dragons grow really really fast! come look at the 'baby'" bro yelled back to them
"oh my god!!!!" mom yelled *faints and then falls onto the floor*
"wow wasn't expecting that to happen" dad said
"neither was I though I bet she's hungry again after that 'little' growth spurt!" he said *sis nods*
"I'll teach her how to go and catch something to eat. come on." bro told dad
*motions for sis to follow*
"bye see you soon dad" I told dad *walks into the forest but a problem started*
"um bro we got a problem" I told him
"What is it sis?"he asked me *walks up next to her*
"look at my arm!" I yelled *shows him my arm* "my black scales are starting to show through the red ones look!!!" I yelled
"um force them back to red!" he yelled at me
"ok" I said *forces black scales to red scales*
"OOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWW!! god that hurt" I said
"seriously? wow! I guess staying in one form other than your original form for to long can have side effects." bro said
"uh......." I said *faints on to the floor next to bro in the forest*
"Sis!" he yelled *runs to her side* "sis are you ok!" he yelled at me
*the colors I used for the trick faded away and my original colors came through*
"make the stars disappear pleas" I said dizzily
"well, it looks like we found out rule number one to these gems, don't switch forms for extended periods of time." bro said *helps sis sit up* "you feel better yet?" he asked
"much better thanks and we need to make a rule book for these things" I said
"yea we do." he said *starts to walk home when the ground opens up under me and I fall on something hard and round* "ow!!! what did I just land on and were am I!" he yelled *looks around then up and notices I fell into an under ground room. notices large egg under me* "so thats what I fell on!?" he said *egg starts to crack*
"HAY BRO ARE YOU OK!!!" I yelled down to him *opens wings and glides down to bro*
"kinda!" he yelled *egg continues to crack* "uhh sis! your the girl, what do we do!" he yelled to me as I got eye level with him
"um make sure the baby doesn't see you. now hit the deck!" I yelled *hides be hind a bolder as the egg shell flies in all directions*
"wait what!" he yelled *shields eyes from shell fragments, looks at the tiny red dragon sitting in the bottom half of the egg*
"uh..." bro said *dragon crawls out of egg and onto my lap, turns head to one side* "Da...Da..." the baby dragon said
"HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!" I laughed *I laughed so hard I fell out of my hiding place*
"I did say to make sure it doesn't see you!" I laughed
"now what do I do!" he said *looks back at the cute little thing, it was a deep red with gold stripes that ran down it's neck, back and tail, it was about 4 feet long and had black little stubs which would grow into claws.* "aren't you a cute little fella." my bro said *pets behind finned ears, and it licks my hand*
"Dada..." said the baby dragon *it sneezed from the dust in the air and a tiny flame shot out.*
*heirs footsteps in the distance* "bro I think we should leave now" I said *the footsteps got closer and closer*
"What do you mean?" he asked
*finned ears go down because the dragon's parent were behind my bro* "look behind you and see" I said to bro
*turns around* "uh..." my bro said *parent glares at me* "I... well... -.=.- I'm not very good at this." he said to the parent *parent seems to sigh slightly* "ma'am this belongs to you am I correct?" he said *holds up hatchling. parent sniffs it and growls*
"it wrreakss of humanss, get it away frrom me!" the mother hissed *swipes at child and I pull it back* "wooo... lady calm down!"my bro said to the mom
"get out of my den! get out!" the mother yelled
*I jump out with the kid, my sis on my tail*
"man talk about a forget full parent" I said to bro
"no that wasn't it at all! my scent was on him, and she smelled the human gene in there somehow, kinda how a rabbit would kill it's kids if you touch them when there young." he told me
"I didn't know rabbits kill there young if you touch them and how could she miss the egg shell mess that the little fella left behind" I said *rubes the baby head*
"She didn't miss the egg, or the mess. it was because I touched him before she did. it's like a fingerprint you use your nose to see." he told me
"I'll be back in a minute wait here pleas" I said in a flat tone *I extend my claws and headed back to the den to teach those parents a lesson*
"no don't!" he yelled *grabs one of sis's tails* "it's just instinct to them. they aren't like human parents, they more like animals ok? besides, did you see how big they were, she was at least 25 feet long and I'm sure papa is even bigger." he told
me *pulls tail out of bro's grip* "bro did you forget how big I am in my battle form ssssso there'sssss no problem ok" I hissed in a dark tone *a silver light a pears and I'm in my battle form heading towards the den* "ssssssee you sssssoon bro" I hissed
*I heard a small chirp and looked down at the small dragon. he was so small I wondered if he might have been the runt of the clutch.* "lets get you home and fed, I bet your starving." bro said *I realized he probably needs milk, but when I saw he had teeth I over ruled that thought*
*I was in the den fighting with the kids parents when finally I snapped. I extended my claws a bit and I started to rip them to shreds. once I was done I climbed out of the den*
"man that was exhausting work" I said *I had dragon blood dripping from my tallons and mouth after that battle with the kid's parents*
*I was at home playing with Drake(or Draco as a dragon name, original I know)*
"Weeeee!" the baby squealed
*he squealed as I lifted him up. I had already explained our prank to our parents and told them this was a real newborn*
"You like that huh, well I bet your hungry after all that squealing you just did!" he asked
*he shook his head up and down and I picked him up and carried him with me to the table* "stay here and I'll get you some food." he said
*I come back to see him on the table sniffing the flowers* "come here and eat" he said taking a seat and grabbing a fork to feed him with.
"hay bro I'm back and I thought I told you to wait by the den for me" I said
*walk in through the kitchen door with blood still dripping off my claws and my mouth in my normal dragon form*
*turns around having just finished feeding drake* "What is all over your... you didn't! why did you... get out of the house and get cleaned up!" he yelled at me *Drake catches sight of my bloodied sister and buries himself in my arms* "now look what you did, he's going to have nightmares!" he yelled *I glared at my sis and she got the message*
"what one of them broke two of my tails and I just snapped ok. and you know what happens when one of my tails brake I snap and ether kill them or just give them a couple of scars" I said to my bro *goes outside and dives into the lake and washes the blood off*
"It's ok drake, she gone. I'm tiered how about you?" he asked *while rubbing his head* "yea. Me tiered." drake said *I carry him into my room and curl up around him before dozing off*
"hum.. good night bro" I said *curling up on the sofa after fixing the two broken tails*

3:20 AM Thursday morning and I woke up in an unpleasant way because drake the baby dragon bit my middle tail while I was sleeping. talk about rude wake up call sheesh.
"OOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!! what the hell just bit me!" I yelled *when I yelled I woke up the whole house and sees that drake was bitting my middle tail*
"TRAVIS GET HERE NOW!!" I yelled to my bro
*fails to stifle a laugh* "that's too funny!" he laughed *sis growls at me* "ok I'll get him... Come here drake." he told drake *goes and picks him up off of sis's tail*
"got her... I got her!" drake said *he said, his English was getting better at an outstanding rate! Carries him back to my room and shuts door this time*
"you seem heavier, did you get bigger?! Naa your the same as ever. And please no more bitting people unless I tell you to." he told drake
"um kids what are we going to do about the baby while you two are at school?" mom asked
"well we can't go as dragons after today" I told her
"why what happened today?" mom asked
"You explain it sis and as for the baby, I don't know, its not like we can just find it a home. I guess I'll stay home today, as a temporary fix. maybe you guys could watch him while were gone." he told mom and dad
*shrugs shoulders* "plus I don't think he's ready for me to just leave somewhere without him yet. look he sits on my shoulder all the time." he said *points to the baby playing with my main.*
"no your not staying at home your going to school no matter what" mom said to bro
"bro I can't remember any of it except you burning my head so you tell her" I told him
"ugh... Jessica and I both went feral, though not at the same time. I turned because this dick name max stabbed her tail, then she turn because I injured her in my rage, which snapped me out of it and I stopped her." he told mom *runs into room before mom can say something*
"um bro you didn't injure me YOU KILLED ME INSTEAD DICK HEAD!!!" I yelled to him *stands on his tail and I make him fall over so mum can punish him*
"then why are you here now huh" he said *shuts door to room* "and you almost made me hurt drake!" he shot from other side of door
"because that gem of yours sealed the wound up and my energy started to regained strength" I said
"so you never died! just fatal.why wounded... oh and can you get some food drake is hungry again" he asked me
"no get it yourself because I'm not doing anything for that kid. and did you tell mom that time I got shot with a gun trying to protect you and I died of what I thought was blood loss but it wasn't and then I punched you in the face for nearly killing the basted" I told him
"YOU GOT SHOT WITH A GUN!!!!!!!!!!!!" mom yelled
"um yea" was all I said
"you can take the heat for once ok sis. And why do you hate drake!" he said *starts to play with drake*
"because he bit my middle tail and have you noticed the poison dripping off his tail blade lately yet bro" I told him *goes into the kitchen and gets some food for me, drake and bro to eat*
"mom I'm gonna be in bro's room ok" I told mom
"ok dear" mom said back
*sis walks in* "thanks for the food." bro said
"thanks..." drake said
"aw come on you have to admit thats cute." bro said *tickles drake*
"no prob. but bro have you even notice the poison dripping from drake's tail blade" I told bro *puts the tray of food on the floor and closes door with my middle tail*
"yes I have and I'm sure once he gets a little older hell be able to keep it from flowing out like that, but in the mean time."he told me *grabs a sponge out of closet, and squeezes tail blade forcing poison out, into sponge* "that should re-leave him of his poison for some time." he said "thats good and is it me or is he half my hight now" I told bro
"Wooo! when did that happen" bro said *realizing he was 3 and a half feet tall on all fours then looks at drake in shook*
"what?! what is it?" drake asked
"not only has he grown but his English improved tenfold" I told bro
"Maybe its because he's around our gems?" my bro said
"gems? oh you mean those! there cool, what are they?" drake asked
"uh... well we aren't sure ourselves, but they give us various abilities. anyways I'm going to go back to sleep, its about two in the mourning." bro said
"me to.*curls up next to me*goodnight." drake said
"night boys" I said *falls over on the floor and then curls up fast asleep*
*as the sun rises it creeps through window and into our room* "uh..." my bro said *rubs eyes and tries get up* "what the?! oh my god!" bro yells
"ugh... five more minutes!" drake said *his voice was a lot deeper and it caught me off guard* "drake! can you roll over please." my bro asked drake
"fine!" drake said *rolls over but wrong may*
"mhmhmhmmmhmhmhh..." my bro mumbled *wakes drake up*
"wow, this room shrunk... no I'm huge!" drake said *gets up but hits back on
celling* "Great how do I get out of here!" drake said *noise wakes parents up. mom opens door and faints*
"what the hell!? I thought you said that you were done with this prank!" dad yelled
"its not a prank, I grew in my sleep, dad thinks its because of his gem and me being in close proximity." drake said to my dad
"whoevers big ass this is I'm about to bite it if it doesn't get off my snout!" I yelled *bites drake on the butt*
"ow!" drake yelled *jumps up and cracks celling*
"woo! calm down your going to bring the roof down!" he told drake
"everyone but drake get out of the room, sis just shrink down and crawl out." he told me *I do the same and get out before returning to normal*
*I shrink down and crawl out of the room, grows back to normal size and flops on the floor*
"you didn't have to bite me mom because that hurt" drake told me
"well sorry but you were sitting on my muzzle" I told him
"yea and your not very comfortable to sit on mom. Now how do I get out of here?!" he yelled *tail flicks in annoyance and splinters a cabinet*
"calm down. I'm going to try something!" bro said *walks into room and places hands on drake. He begins to glow then shrinks down to my size* "hurry get outside you have about 45 seconds!" my bro yelled to drake
"good thing I found this on the way home" I said to bro *gets a blackish silver gem out of my bag and shows it to bro*
"wait a minute did he call you two mom and dad?" my dad asked
*gem effect wears off just as drake gets outside and he reverts to full size* "drake you've gotta be 35 feet long! And sis he's red and gold not black and silver." my bro told me"is that one of those gems! It will let me be small and live with you right! Please give it here mom."he asked me
"he said it again he call your sister mom!? Why?" dad asked
"adopted parents dad, but as far as he knows were his real parents, I was the first thing he saw when he hatched." my bro said
"um bro if you didn't notice he has a short mane like you do" I told my bro *I get in front of drake and I force the gem into his chest plates*
*drake howled in pain and fell over, the ground shook under his weight. The gem began to change to a bright red and it started to shine*
"drake!" my bro yelled *the light stopped and drake laid there motionless* "drake!" I yelled
"ugh... My head! Dad?" drake said
"yea it's me, don't scare us like that. Ok picture yourself smaller, focus on that image and you'll shrink down." my bro said
*he closes his eyes and his gem glows as his body shrinks all the way down till he was back to three and a half feet long*
"dragons don't normally grow that fast and I would rather grow normally." drake said
"well it's good to see you at your normal hight" I told him *a bright silver light a pears and I turn into my human form ready for school*
"I'm staying home with drake. He's still to young to be left alone." my bro said
"I'll just tell school that your ill ok" I asked bro
"mom! Your a human!" drake shouted
"no she isn't she just looks human. Its one of the gem abilities. We have to blend into human society so we hide what we are. The two humans over there are our parents, your grandparents."my bro told drake
"thats right and right now I need to go to school" I told drake
"Later sis." my bro said to me before I left
"later mom" drake said giving me a hug
"I'll see you boys later. oh and bro don't teach him how to hunt ok" I said to my bro
